"pdksh-5.2.14" is missing when Installing 11.2.0.3 on RHEL 6





Make change the CV_ASSUME_DISTID entry in cvu_config file (located in database/stage/cvu/cv/admin) from
CV_ASSUME_DISTID=OEL4
to
CV_ASSUME_DISTID=OEL6
